Annual Dues

The annual assessment for the Oakbrook Homeowners' Association as determined by the 1994 Declaration of Restrictions is $50.00 per homeowner.

A 7% rate per annum from the due date will be applied to payments made after 30 days and for homeowners in arrears for previous years. Dues are collected annually and current from July 1-July 31.
