Hello! We are glad you joined our great neighborhood.

On behalf of the Oakbrook Homeowners’ Association Board of Trustees and all your new neighbors, welcome to Oakbrook Subdivision. You are now one of the 115 families who make Oakbrook a great place to live, work, and play.

If you are new to Peoria, let us know and we’ll help get you acclimated to the city, and if you’ve just moved across town you’ll love the north side of Peoria. We have plenty of open spaces and parks, including easy access to Robinson Park from within our subdivision. It connects miles of hiking trails; in fact, you can walk to Forest Park Nature Center from here. Watch for some annual events like: the Garage Sale and Cleanup on the 3rd Saturday of April and the 4th of July Parade. These are all co-sponsored with Deerbrook Estates Homeowner’s Association, the adjoining subdivision to the south and Oakbrook Park Villas to the west.

Planning to do some work on your house?

Before you do any work to the exterior of your house or yard, whether it’s painting your siding or putting in a deck/patio or fence, you’ll need to get approval from the Architectural Control Committee and the Board of Directors. Those forms are on our website.
